1) How long does delivery take?

This depends, some items are extremely popular and in high demand that occasionally delivery takes a bit longer than usual but normally takes no longer than 22 working days, depending on your location.

2) What guarantees do you offer?

Any product that gets damaged during transport or are not as described on this site will be replaced free of charge or a full refund will be issued

3) How will I know that when I order and pay for a product that I will receive it?

All items are sent with a courier that provides a tracking number, which we will forward to you. Should the item not have arrived after a certain time, please contact us and if the item got lost or broken, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product free of charge! Your purchase is also covered  by Paypal or your credit card company so you are certain to receive your ordered product or your money back!
